I bought Season 1 of Meercat Manor for my grandkids for Yule this year and we celebrated on the 21st. I knew my granddaughter loved her Simba stuffie, so I went looking for a meercat stuffie. These are great! They’re sturdy, the fur is very soft, and they’re well stuffed. Good quality stuffed animals. They’re educational because they stir more interest in the documentary — it’s important to get the kids involved in the documentary too.
She hangs onto Flower constantly. She and her brother play with them together and in a big pile of presents, the meercats were what they squealed and grabbed first. She wouldn’t go to nap without her meercat. So don’t forget the simple things — these meercats are a winner if you have little kids.
Mine are 3 year old boy, 5 year old girl, and these were just right.

Fun little meerkat. Mine has one ear that’s lower than the other’s, but it adds to the cute, attentive look. This one keeps watch on the office from on top of the printer!

My only gripe with this beautiful plush meerkat is that it’s a little “wobbly.” You would think that, being in a sitting position, it would be perfectly stable, but the bottom is slightly rounded and uneven, and the animal must be pressed down hard onto whatever surface it’s on for it to stay where you want it to. I also don’t like that the two front paws are sewn together, although that’s easily fixed with a pair of thin scissors.
Otherwise, the plush quality is very good! The meerkat is soft and looks adorable, with his head perked up and tilted slightly to one side as in the characteristic alert pose we’ve come to love. Beautiful brown eyes and quality hard-plastic black nose. The tail’s a little flimsy (whereas “real” meerkats use it to balance themselves) but it’s a very forgivable mishap.
Overall, this is quickly becoming one of my favorite collector’s items. For the price, then, it can’t be beat. I’ll probably buy the 12″ version too!

I have fallen in love with the meerkats and it was only appropriate that I order several of the Plush Meerkat 8″ for little friends …. yet,especially for me. The product is superior and adorable! It is so loveable and the creation so impressive! Thank you Amazon for your plush animals. I hate that I bought the last three!! Every meerkat lover needs at least one. I certainly will order more if and when available. Thanks again!
