There are some really cool interactive pets available today. When I was a kid, there was a dog that did a backflip and often landed on its feet. Today, these pets are lifelike. The cats purr – and move their eyes and roll on their side to be petted, and screech when their tails are pulled. There are dogs, ponies, and other animals.
The most popular pet today is the zhu zhu hamster. They are adorable little furry hamsters with their own personality and “virtual intelligence”. Just like a real hamster they have houses with tubes to run around in. But they also have clothes and beds to sleep in. What can I say? Kids love them!
